Laundry Care & Tumble Drying Policy All laundry processed by the Company will be machine washed and tumble dried as standard unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to collection. Customers are solely responsible for separating and clearly identifying any garments or items that are not suitable for tumble drying, require delicate handling, air drying, specialist cleaning, or any other specific care instructions. The Company accepts no liability for damage, shrinkage, colour transfer, fabric deterioration, or other issues arising from items that are unsuitable for standard machine washing or tumble drying where such items have not been separated or clearly identified by the customer before service. By using our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for ensuring that all items provided are suitable for standard laundry processing unless expressly notified otherwise.
Ironing Service Policy All items submitted for ironing are handled with reasonable care and attention. Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are suitable for ironing and for informing the Company in advance of any delicate fabrics, special care requirements, heat sensitivities, embellishments, or manufacturer care instructions. The Company accepts no liability for damage to items resulting from undisclosed special care requirements, weak or worn fabrics, existing damage, or garments that are not suitable for standard ironing procedures. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible finish, the Company cannot guarantee complete crease removal on all fabrics or garments. By using our ironing services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
Privacy & Marketing Communications Policy The Company collects and stores customer information, including names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses, for the purpose of providing services, processing orders, arranging collections and deliveries, and communicating service updates. Customer details may also be used by the Company to send promotional offers, marketing materials, discounts, newsletters, service announcements, and other business-related communications by email, SMS, telephone, or other appropriate methods. By using the Company’s services, the customer consents to the Company contacting them for operational purposes, including order confirmations, delivery updates, schedule changes, payment reminders, and customer service matters. The Company will take reasonable steps to protect customer data and will not knowingly sell personal information to unrelated third parties. Customer information may, however, be shared with trusted service providers or partners where necessary to operate the business and fulfil services. Customers may request to opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the Company directly. Operational and service-related communications may still be sent where necessary to fulfil services or comply with legal obligations.
