How We Work

Making a booking
Simply Call, text or email us to confirm your slot for collection. We will need a name, phone number and address for this. You will tell us what service you want and a suitable time of day to collect. Our collection days are Mondays and Thursdays between 9am - 1pm & 5pm - 8pm.

Collection day
All you will need to do is bag up your items into any suitable bag. This could be anything from a zipped laundry bag to a ordinary shopping bag. We do encourage our customers to be present at the collection but feel free to leave your bags in a safe place.

The work
We will make sure we have everything finished by the next available delivery day (Monday or Thursday) We check for any damages and make note before work is carried out. You will be contacted the day before delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery day
All customers must be present on delivery. Your garments will be delivered in protective wraps with a receipt attached. Once you have received your garments, payment will be required. This can be by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
